Did you catch our own Sarah Karns from
LiveWell Shawnee County on the Fox morning show talking about the importance of the Shawnee County Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and how everyone living in Shawnee County can help by filling it out?
The goal of a CHNA is to better understand the health and social challenges of our community. Survey feedback will be presented alongside
county data when we come together as a community to review and prioritize community health needs at a Town Hall Meeting May 15, at 9 am at the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library.
The survey only happens every three years and takes less than 10 minutes to complete online. The survey closes April 30.
