Announcing our 2024-25 Campaign Chairs!
We are thrilled to announce our 2024 - 2025 Annual Campaign Chairs in Shawnee and Douglas County!
Marlou Wegener, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas will chair our campaign in Shawnee County and Paul Davis, Paul Davis Law Firm, will chair our campaign in Douglas County! Both Marlou and Paul bring years of passion and involvement in their communities to these roles.
On her appointment as Chair, Marlou noted "It is my great honor to serve as the United Way of Kaw Valley campaign chair for the upcoming campaign! My involvement with United Way has been for several decades and has primarily focused on how community impact and collaboration happens to make Topeka and surrounding communities a wonderful place to work, live and play. I am also a proud, long time donor and will look forward to conversations with you to tell you more about the incredible work that is happening and ask your consideration to contribute."
In Douglas County, Paul noted "I'm honored to serve as this year's campaign chair. I've been involved with many agencies in our community that simply could not deliver the services they do without the United Way's support. I invite Douglas Countians to join me in ensuring that the high quality, critical services that so many of our fellow citizens desperately need will continue."
