Strategic Planning Conversation Update
Thanks to the more than 100 people who attended one of our 11 targeted strategic planning conversations. We are analyzing all the responses and will be sharing the results with you every month in this newsletter leading up to the formal adoption of our next set of goals and strategies in July. We had some invaluable partners in this effort to reach a broader range of community members, including Topeka Housing Authority, El Centro, Salvation Army, Community Resource Council, and SENT. We also got a huge assist from the Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library, which provided scribes for several of our breakout sessions and hosted our open conversation at the end of January.
