They've been on the job for about a month now, so it's time for a proper introduction! Thank you to this year's Campaign Ambassadors!
Campaign Ambassadors are volunteers or loaned employees who help support workplace campaigns across the community. Each Ambassador takes care of a list of local companies to make sure they have the materials, presenters and support they need to succeed. Our Ambassadors are a great mix of new faces and veteran volunteers, and they know just about everything there is to know about workplace campaigns and how those donors make great work possible for our neighbors in need. Thank you not only to them, but to the businesses that make it possible for them to extend our capacity for three months every Fall in the thick of workplace campaign. We truly could not do what we do without them.
So of you see these folks around town, be sure to tell them thanks for the hard work (and sorry, they don't wear the shirts ALL the time)! And be sure to thank their employers for allowing them to flex their leadership skills in this role.
And if you are ready to run a workplace campaign, visit our Campaign Toolkit page to get started!
