We are thrilled to once again be participating in the Douglas County Community Foundation’s “Giving for Good” campaign! Through Giving for Good, donors can donate to select projects and have their dollars matched (up to $5,000) by the foundation.
This year, donors can give specifically to support our Eudora Community Resource Navigator program in Douglas County.
As a bridge between service providers and participant communities, Resource Navigators link community members to the local landscape of service providers to improve their access to local resources. Our Eudora Community Resource Navigator, Laura Smith, walks alongside local families during some of their most vulnerable times, ensuring they receive the help and support they need. Watch the video to hear from Laura about her work.
You can contribute to United Way's Giving for Good campaign through the end of the year. Go to https://bit.ly/UWKV_DCCF to donate.
Thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor, we are also able to add an extra $1,000 in matching funds for this year’s campaign. That means up to $6,000 in contributions to the Community Navigator program will be matched! Stay tuned to social media and your inbox for more information!
