Getting Started with Donor-Advised Giving to UWKV

If you’re considering giving a donor-advised gift to UWKV, here’s how to get started:
- Set Up Your Donor-Advised Fund
Contact a financial institution or a community foundation to establish your DAF. You’ll contribute assets such as cash, stocks, or other securities, which are then invested to grow tax-free. - Recommend a Grant to UWKV
Once your fund is set up, you can recommend a grant to United Way of Kaw Valley. You’ll need to provide our legal name and tax identification number (48-0561978). - Make a Lasting Impact
