Shawnee County Christmas Bureau Dates
The Shawnee County Christmas Bureau is an annual tradition that allows everyone in our community to make the holiday season brighter for our Shawnee County neighbors in need. United Way of Kaw Valley and other community partners connect thousands of individuals and families to a holiday meal and gifts by matching them with agencies or community “adopters.”
2025 Intake/Application Dates
At least one member of the household must apply in person during one of these opportunities.
- Wednesday, October 29, 10 am to 7 pm
- Monday, November 3, 10 am to 7 pm
- Thursday, November 6, 10 am to 7 pm
- Saturday, November 8, 10 am to 2 pm. This is the final day of intake. No applications can be accepted after 2 pm on November 8.
