On March 2, Jarrod Guth joined United Way of Kaw Valley as the Vice President of Resource and Development, bringing a wealth of experience in community engagement and nonprofit management to the leadership team. Most recently serving as a Community Engagement Manager for Capper Foundation, Jarrod has a proven track record of fostering strategic partnerships and driving impactful resource development.
A resident of Topeka, Jarrod is deeply committed to the region’s growth and sustainability. In his new role, he will oversee fundraising initiatives and resource allocation strategies designed to strengthen United Way’s community impact. Outside of his professional life, Jarrod is an accomplished guitarist and performer, and he enjoys spending time making YouTube videos with his son, Maxwell.
Jarrod has spent the first month meeting the United Way team and volunteers and getting ready to see his first workplace campaign in action at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas. Watch for him at our events and don't be afraid to say hello!
