Community Resource Navigator Schedules for September

Here are the places you can expect to see our Community Resource Navigators this month. Please note that the Community Resource Navigation team will not be available September 9. They will be attending the Kansas Community Health Worker Symposium in Kansas City, KS. Also, our offices are closed September 7 for Labor Day.

To search for resources online anytime (all counties), or to reach out to a Community Resource Navigator (Douglas and Shawnee County residents), please visit https://www.uwkawvalley.org/GetHelp.
