Effective volunteer management is no easy task, but it's the best way to make a big impact in our community. That's why we invest in professional training to ensure we are empowering volunteers to make lasting change.
When it comes to our work in volunteerism, like the rest of our work, we take pride in serving our entire community!
The map below shows the 50+ sites where we were able to place volunteers last year through Nancy Perry Day of Caring, TopekaVolunteers.org, and other volunteer partnerships. Together, those sites account for more than 1,500 volunteers! Even during a pandemic, the desire to give back to our community through volunteer service has been strong. We were proud to make these opportunities possible in 2020, and are looking forward to even more opportunities this year!
Register your organization for a free account on our TopekaVolunteers.org website and begin sharing your volunteer opportunities with our community today. TopekaVolunteers.org is a centralized resource for finding and offering volunteer opportunities.
Any organization can create an account in a matter of minutes and access hundreds of individuals looking for volunteer opportunities. Your organization can then track, organize, and manage your volunteers right from within the system.
Being part of TopekaVolunteers.org means you also have access to our professional volunteer management staff who are ready to assist you or your organization with any volunteer needs. With 80+ years of experience as the leader in community volunteerism, we are always excited to help individuals and organizations maximize the impact of their volunteers.
