In April, United Way of Kaw Valley will merge our two online volunteer management systems (TopekaVolunteers.org and VolunteerDouglasCounty.org) under one license that will serve all four of our counties. While the merged system uses the same vendor and will look and function in a similar way, we will be rebranding the platform as KawValleyVolunteers.org for the entire service area. We anticipate that the system merge will happen around April 10, but your links to TopekaVolunteers.org and VolunteerDouglasCounty.org will also be redirected to the new platform as soon as the switch is complete.
We are striving to make this change as seamless as possible. There are a few helpful hints for what you can do now to get ready for this switch. We are sending emails to everyone registered on the website with more info, too, so please watch your email.
