Navigator Schedules for April

Community Resource Navigation Team.jpg

UWKV's Community Resource Navigation Team: Ashley, Heather, Hannah and Sandy

Walk-in Navigator hours for April

(please note that our Navigators are still in Community Health Worker training through the end of this month).

ALERT: Our entire Community Resource Navigation team will be attending the Governor's Public Health Conference March 30 through April 1. Regularly scheduled community hours are cancelled during that period.

Residents of Shawnee and Douglas counties can also request to connect with a United Way Community Resource Navigator by filling out the online form at https://www.uwkawvalley.org/GetHelp. And everyone can use FindHelp and United Way 211 to search for local resources on that same web page.
